Very nice and centrally located apartment near famous Plaza Real, in the heart of the Gothic quarter, only a few meters away from Las Ramblas, Gaudi´s Palau Guell and Liceu Opera, the Cathedral, main shopping streets, bars, restaurants and 10 minutes walk from Barceloneta beach. Spacious and elegant, it consists of three double en suite bedrooms. Two double rooms can be modified to twin rooms with two single beds and each room has air conditioning and floor heating. Moreover there are three small nice balconies and a beautiful terrace, double glazed windows to ensure peaceful sleeping. In the fully equipped open space kitchen it’s possible to prepare nice meals. The apartment has a gorgeous living room with a rounded glass table, comfortable sofa bed and big plasma TV. The sofa bed can also be used for 2 extra guests. As well guests will enjoy the view to the narrow and typical streets of Barrio Gotico. Suitable for couples, families or groups of friends. Guests are also welcome to book it for monthly stays and enjoy the complete freedom in Barcelona. Free WiFi access in all the rooms. Baby beds can be provided upon special request. In the area there is no curfew and there are frequent police controls.

The apartment is located near Plaza Real and Las Ramblas. Reachable by bus directly from El Prat airport to Plaza Catalunya. There you can take metro L3 (the green line) until Liceu or Drassanes or just walk 10 minutes to arrive at the property. By train from the airport to Paseo de Gracia station. From there take the metro until Liceu station (L3, green line) or Drassanes.

The apartment is located in the oldest district of Barcelona, known as Barrio Gótico. With its ancient constructions and narrow streets it gives the impression to be back in the medieval time.
