Spacious St. Alvise 3 br apartment with garden

This prestigious 130 m2 apartment is located in Cannaregio, in the area of Sant Alvise on Rio de la Sensa. It is very spacious and has a big garden outside, where to enjoy the sun or a nice meal. Located in a beautiful and quite corner of Venice. From the windows you can enjoy the views to canal Sensa. It is located on the first floor and has three separate bedrooms, two of them have double beds and one is with two single beds. As well there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room suitable for two people. It is possible to add two more beds, so in the apartment can stay up to 9 persons. The wide open-space living room is joined with the kitchen and a dining area with a big table. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with jacuzzi and the other one with shower. The technical equipment includes air-conditioning, internet wi-fi, TV and a safe deposit box. There is a small balcony in one of the bedrooms and the windows of the kitchen and the living area overlook the channel of the Ascension. Nearby there are also many shops and nice restaurants.

There are three different vaporetto stops by the flat (Guglie, S. Alvise and San Marcuola) but the easiest is S. Alvise with the line nr. 52 that starts from the railway station. This stop is just one bridge away from the flat and about 5 minutes walk. How to get to the flat from S. Alvise bus station : Once off the boat, turn right and go straight into the small street called Calle Rotonda. At the end of the street, with the canal in front, turn right and walk untill a bridge situated within 30meters - Ponte Bonaventura. After crossing the bridge, go left and enter another small street named Calle Riformati. At the end of the street there is another canal in front, turn right into an old iron gate that leads into a short private path with trees. Here there is a second old iron gate and, after that, a little courtyard with three doors. The property door is the central one.
